I think the first one is "a " and the second one is "d " I am not sure about the third one.....sorry

Number 1 is "B " for sure because t does not have a subject in it. A fragment is a sentence which has one or two thing missing out of Subject and Predicate. So, it is "B " because it says stop by the garden. It does not has a subject. Subject is whom or what the sentence is talking about and in this sentence, we don't know who stopped by the garden. It is "B " for sure.
Number 2 is "d " for sure. It is joined with the word "although " and all the other sentences are not joined with any word.
Number 3 is "c ". It has a relative clause in it.
